Stag Geological Services, including any of its directors, employees, representatives, agents, servants or contractors hereby warrants that it shall not make any payment or providing anything of value (including, without limitation, a bribe, pay-off, facilitation payment, kickback, gift, commission or gratuity) to any public official with a view to influencing or inducing, improperly and/or illegally, any governmental or public sector corporation to show favour to, or award, solicit or retain business to or on behalf of the Client(s) and/or any person connected with the Client(s) and/or Stag Geological Services limited. Stag Geological Services, including any of its directors, employees, representatives, agents, servants or contractors hereby also warrants compliance with any and all rules, regulations and laws within countries of operation and/or governed by a signed Client contract.
